Just call Chris the Master of Map Apps. He’s developed mapping products targeted for desktop, web and mobile applications—including for Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and the Army Geospatial Center’s (AGC) BuckEye project. Chris currently serves as the lead developer and administrator of SmartView® Connect—Woolpert's web hosting platform for geospatial data.
Don’t ask Jon whether something can be done, ask him when and how. As the group manager for woolpert_labs, Jon has his eyes on the future of geospatial and all the possibilities that lie ahead. He is responsible for the firm’s internal R&D efforts and consults with geospatial clients on how the group can serve their needs.
Josh spends his days sitting in D.C. traffic—or at least, that’s what it feels like. When he’s not navigating the D.C. roadways, he’s a computer scientist who provides subject matter expertise in processing, exploitation and dissemination for high-altitude data collection.
Layton is the “innovator in chief” at Woolpert. Or, at least, that’s what he changed his email signature to when no one was looking. Officially, he’s the geospatial operations manager in Denver, but he also heads up the strategic operations group—a cross-functional taskforce of big thinkers and innovators who are leading the geospatial industry in new and exciting endeavors.
